TRIALS
In a trial, a court must decide what the facts are. A court makes its determination of what the facts are based on a consideration of the evidence that is presented to it.
There is no such thing as an easy trial, even for trials in the Magistrates Court. A trial involves a thorough knowledge of criminal procedure, rules of evidence, and court experience. These become more complex for trials in the superior courts (District Court and Supreme Court) which involve juries.
WHY US?
OPC has experienced defence lawyers who conduct trials in the Magistrates Court, and complex jury trials in the District Court and Supreme Court.
We carefully prepare for each trial and know the intricacies of the processes involved in both the Magistrates Court and in the superior courts.
